LOST TRIBE by Alex Borinsky
Target Margin Theater at Abrons Arts Center
February 2014
A poorly-planned dinner party is overtaken by a journey towards companionship. A play about loss, loneliness and the trouble with being nice. Inspired by the Yiddish novella “The Travels and Adventures of Benjamin III” by Mendele Moykher Sforim, in turn inspired by Don Quixote.
Meredith Ries (scenic), Martin Schnellinger (costumes), Mary Ellen Stebbins (lighting), with original music by Joe White.
