The Chinese premiere of Paula Vogel's Pulitzer Prize winning drama about sex, family, and the murky interplay between love, desire, and abuse. The production sold out its initial run and has since enjoyed revival runs in Beijing and Hangzhou. Playwright Paula Vogel attended the premiere in 2015 and engaged with audiences in candid discussion about feminism and the politics of sexual desire.
